Just looking to talk?

AMS Peer Support Centre (613 533 6000 ext 75111) is a drop-in service for Queen’s students with confidential, non-judgmental and empathetic peer-based support. In person: For in-person sessions, visit Rideau Building Room 202 every day from 10am-10pm or Mitchell Hall Room 122 (in the Health Promotions Hub) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 12-4pm on Queen’s University campus. Virtually: Zoom session can be accessed by entering the Zoom Meeting ID “272 124 0355”. Virtual sessions run from 10am-10pm, 7 days a week.

Student Support in Kingston:

Student Wellness Counselling Services (613 533 2506) counselling.services@queensu.ca. Located on the first floor of Mitchell Hall, 69 Union Street. Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm. Supports the personal, academic, and social development of students at Queen’s by providing a range of programs and services appropriate to student needs.
